Brake discs cannot be resurfaced. Excessive wear or scoring requires replacing the disc.

DEPOSE

REMOVAL

Remove:

  • the two brake assembly mounting bolts (hang the assembly from the spring),
  • the two disc mounting bolts on the hub,
  • the disc.

INSTALLATION

Refit in reverse order of removal.

NOTE: when replacing a brake disc, the brake pads must always be replaced.
