REMOVAL

If the boot is damaged, the complete balljoint must be replaced.

Proceed in the same way as for lower arm removal.

Loosen, without removing, the two arm mounting bolts (3) on the subframe.

Rotule de bras inférieur

Remove:

  • the two balljoint mounting bolts (4),
  • the balljoint.

REFITTING

Note: make sure the plastic protective washer (A) is in place on the lower balljoint pin.

Fit the balljoint and tighten its mountings to the specified torque.

Then proceed in the same way as for lower arm refitting.
