Automatic locking of openings while driving

Operating principle
After starting the vehicle, the system automatically locks the openings as soon as you reach approximately 10 km/h.
Unlocking is done:
- by pressing door unlock button 1.
- when stationary, by opening a front door.
Note: if a door is opened or closed, it will lock again automatically when the vehicle reaches approximately 10 km/h.
Activating/deactivating the function
You can choose whether to activate the function.
Refer to the section "Vehicle settings personalisation menu" in chapter 1, function "Automatic door locking while driving":

function
deactivated.
Driver's responsibility
If you decide to drive with the doors locked, be aware that this may make it more difficult for rescuers to access the passenger compartment in an emergency.
Malfunction
If you notice a malfunction (no automatic locking, the indicator built into button 1 does not light up when the openings are locked...), first check that all openings are properly closed. If they are closed and the problem persists, contact a Renault dealer.
Also make sure that automatic locking has not been deactivated by mistake.
If so, reactivate it after switching the ignition off and back on.
