Refuelling

Ignition off, insert the nozzle to push back flap B and bring it to the forward stop before triggering it to fill the tank (risk of splashing).

Keep it in this position for the entire refuelling operation.

After the first automatic shut-off at the end of filling, you may trigger the nozzle up to two more times at most, to leave room for fuel expansion.

When refuelling, make sure no water enters. Flap B and its surround must remain clean.

Petrol versions

Using leaded petrol would damage the emission control systems and could void the warranty.

To prevent refuelling with leaded petrol, the fuel filler neck has a restriction fitted with a safety system that only accepts an unleaded petrol nozzle (at the pump).
