Vehicles changing lanes

The system detects a vehicle changing lanes from an adjacent lane only when it has already fully entered your lane.

If a vehicle ahead suddenly moves into your lane, the system may not be able to restore the set distance on its own. The system cannot compensate for a large difference in speed between you and the vehicles ahead (for example, when you are approaching a truck).

If the system reliably detects a vehicle ahead, it prompts the driver to brake or to take evasive action. To avoid an accident in such cases, your intervention is required.◄
