Roadside Assistance

In the event of an accident, you may need assistance from the BMW Group Emergency Service.

iDrive operating principles

1. Press the button.

The main menu opens.

2. Slide the controller forward to open the "Communication" menu.

3. Select "BMW Assist" and press the controller.

4. Select "BMW Service" and press the controller.

5. Select "BMW Mobile Service" and press the controller.

If the vehicle position is determined, it is shown on the display.

6. Select "Start service" and press the controller.

The connection to the emergency service is being established.
