Information Plus

The "BMW Assist" Information service can be used to request information about cultural events, filling stations, hotels and much more. The information service provides the required telephone numbers and addresses. The telephone number can be dialed immediately, and the address can be entered as a destination in the navigation system.

The mobile phone in the vehicle must be registered.

Contacting the information service

1. Open the "Communication" menu.
2. Select "BMW Assist" and press the controller.

3. Select "Information Plus" and press the controller.

4. To call the information service or to view a message on the display:

► Select "New query" and press the controller.

A connection is established with a BMW information service agent. You can ask the agent to send you the address and telephone number of the required establishment. Once received, this data can be stored in the telephone or in the navigation system. Room reservations at many hotels can be made directly through the BMW information service.
