Contacting a BMW Service Center or the "BMW Hotline"

You can contact a BMW Service Center, for example, to schedule service.

For general questions about your vehicle, contact the BMW Hotline.

The mobile phone in the vehicle must be registered.

iDrive operating principles

1. Press the button.

The main menu opens.

2. Slide the controller forward to open the "Communication" menu.

3. Select "BMW Contact".

4. Select "BMW Contact Numbers" and press the controller.

5. Select one of the following menu items and press the controller:

► "Your BMW Dealer";
► "Customer Service" (BMW Hotline).

6. Select "Place call" and press the controller.

The connection to the selected BMW service center is being established.
