Tuning to a Station

There are several ways to tune to a station.

Automatic Station Search Press the upper or lower button 6.

The radio tunes to the nearest station with acceptable reception.

Manual Station Search It is also possible to tune to stations manually.

• Manual tuning works only when the RDS function is switched off.

Press the left or right button 6.

Changing Stations (FM band only)

Search Sensitivity Setting This function determines whether the radio searches only for stations with good reception, or also stops at stations with weaker reception.

Press the 9 MENU button.

Press button 6 up or down until “SENS” appears on the display together with the current sensitivity setting.

“SENS HI6” means that the maximum sensitivity is set.

“SENS LO1” means that the minimum sensitivity is set.

Select the desired sensitivity level with the left or right button 6.

To complete the setting,press button 7 MENU.

• The sensitivity level can be set separately for each waveband – FM, MW and LW.
