Scanning Received Stations (SCAN)

The radio has a scan function that allows you to briefly listen to all received stations.

The scan (listening) time can be set in the menu from 5 to 30 seconds (in 5-second steps).

Starting Scan Press and hold button 9 MENU for longer than two seconds.

The scanning process starts.

“SCAN” briefly appears on the display, next to which the name or frequency of the current station is shown.

Exiting Scan Mode and Continuing to Listen to a Station Press button 7 MENU.

Scanning stops, and the radio plays the last station it was tuned to.

Setting the Scan TimePress button 7 MENU.

Press button 6 up or down until “SCAN TIME” appears on the display.

Select the desired scan (listening) time with the left or right button 6.

To complete the setting,press the 9 MENU button twice.

• The set scan time is also used when playing a CD/ MP3* or CD changer.
