GENERAL INFORMATION

C. INTAKE MANIFOLD

Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Electrical connector of the engine overheat warning sensor..

3. Unscrew sensor A from the intake manifold, Fig. Engine overheat warning sensor

removal..

4. Plug the threaded mounting hole in the pipe to prevent

coolant leakage..

Installation

Remove the plug from the intake manifold mounting hole.

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the engine overheat sensor into the intake manifold. Tighten the engine overheat sensor to 20 N·m.

2. Electrical connector of the engine overheat warning sensor..

3. Negative battery cable. Tighten the negative cable clamp to 15 N·m.
