Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses and tube from the tank..

2. Unscrew nut A (Fig. Expansion tank) and remove the tank.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the expansion tank on the vehicle. Screw on nut A. Tighten the nut.

expansion tank to a torque of 10 N·m..

2. Install hoses 20, 30 and tube 38, tighten the clamps. Fill the expansion tank with coolant and

bring its level to the MAX mark or to the middle between the MIN and MAX marks.
