Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Electrical connector of the oxygen sensor on the fan shroud, Fig..

3. Fan electrical connector..

4. Unscrew the two shroud mounting bolts and remove it together with the fan, Fig. Fan mounting..

5. Unscrew the bolts and detach the shroud from the fan, Fig. Mounting.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install fan 7 onto shroud 8, screw in the bolts..

2. Install the fan with shroud assembly onto the vehicle, screw in two bolts

9. Tighten the fan-to-radiator mounting bolts to a torque of 10 N·m..

3. Fan electrical connector..

4. Electrical connector of the oxygen sensor on the fan shroud.

5. Negative battery cable. Tighten the negative cable terminal to a torque of 15 N·m.
