Trouble Code Description Fault Trigger Condition
TRM B10A1:78 Trailer Tow Detection: Incorrect Alignment or Adjustment On-demand DTC that sets when the TRM detects no trailer connected to the left trailer turn/stop lamp output circuit.
TRM B1D08:11 Trailer Left Turn Lamp: Short to Ground Continuous memory and on-demand DTC that sets when the TRM detects a short to ground in the left trailer stop/turn lamp output circuit.
TRM B1D08:12 Trailer Left Turn Indicator: Short to Battery Continuous memory and on-demand DTC that sets when the TRM detects a short to voltage in the left trailer stop/turn lamp output circuit.
TRM B1D09:11 Trailer Right Turn Indicator: Short to Ground Continuous memory and on-demand DTC that sets when the TRM detects a short to ground in the right trailer stop/turn lamp output circuit.
TRM B1D09:12 Trailer Right Turn Indicator: Short to Battery Continuous memory and on-demand DTC that sets when the TRM detects a short to voltage in the right trailer stop/turn lamp output circuit.
TRM U1000:00 Solid State Driver Protection Active - Driver Disabled: No Sub Type Information Continuous DTC that sets when the TRM has temporarily disabled the output driver. The module has temporarily disabled the trailer stop/turn lamp output because of excessive current draw (for example, a short to ground). The TRM cannot turn on the trailer stop/turn lamp output until the cause of the short circuit is corrected, the DTCs are cleared, and a successful self-test is completed.
TRM U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure Continuous DTC that sets when the TRM has permanently disabled the output driver. The module has permanently disabled the trailer stop/turn lamp output because the excessive current draw fault (for example, a short to ground) exceeded the limits the TRM can withstand. The cause of the excessive current draw MUST be corrected before installing a new TRM.
