Headlamp Removal

Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position and open the hood.

Remove the six push pins retaining the front fascia to the front fender.

Remove the three upper bumper cover screws using a flat-blade screwdriver.

Remove the push pin on the inboard side of the headlamp you are servicing.

Remove the two screws securing the headlamp with a flat-blade screwdriver.

Remove the lower three wheel arch fasteners by turning them counterclockwise.

Remove the two front bumper lower cover fasteners on the side of the headlamp you are servicing only, by turning them counterclockwise.

Separate the front bumper cover from the fender by carefully pulling the front of the bumper cover outward from the vehicle 1.2 in (3 cm).

From the front of the vehicle, carefully pull the front bumper trim forward 4 in (10 cm), grasping it next to the headlamp being serviced and at the lower front portion of the wheel opening.

Carefully pull the headlamp assembly outward to disengage it from the lower attachment point.

Carefully lift the headlamp and remove it from the vehicle.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp assembly by pressing the tab on the connector.
