Removing Frost or Ice from the Outside Surface of the Glass

1. Select the modeventilation mode and fresh air mode. On some vehicle versions, the system automatically sets fresh air intake mode and turns on the air conditioning.

3. Turn on maximum heat and select maximum fan speed.

To remove condensation, frost or ice from the windshield more quickly, you can close the side ventilation grilles by turning the rings located beneath them.

In this case, all heated air will be directed only to defrost the windshield.

When windshield clearing is complete, select fresh air intake mode to prevent the glass from fogging.

For safety reasons, do not start driving until you have a clear view through all vehicle windows.
