Oil Pump

PROCEDURE

1. Установите внешнюю и внутреннюю шестерни масляного насоса в переднюю крышку,

1. Install the outer and inner oil pump rotors into the front cover, aligning the marks made earlier.
2. Install the oil pump cover and secure it with the bolts. After tightening the bolts, make sure the gears rotate smoothly and easily.
Tightening torque: 6–8 N·m

3. Установите предохранительный клапан, пружину и заверните пробку, затянув ее

3. Install the relief valve, spring, and plug, and tighten the plug to the specified torque. Before installation, lubricate the relief valve with engine oil.
Tightening torque: 40–50 N·m
