AIR CLEANER - COMPONENTS

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the air intake duct from the air cleaner.

2. Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor connector from the intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the intake air hose from the air cleaner side.

4. Remove the air cleaner cover and remove the air filter element.

5. Отверните болты крепления корпуса воздушного фильтра и снимите корпус.

5. Remove the bolts securing the air cleaner housing and remove the housing.

INSPECTION

1. Inspect the air cleaner housing, cover, and air filter element for deformation, corrosion, or damage.

2. Inspect the air intake duct for damage.

3. Проверьте резонатор на отсутствие деформации или повреждений.

3. Inspect the resonator for deformation or damage.

4. Проверьте фильтрующий элемент на отсутствие засорения, загрязнения или повреждений.

4. Inspect the air filter element for clogging, contamination, or damage. If the air filter element is slightly contaminated or clogged, remove dust and other contaminants by blowing compressed air from the outside (the side facing the intake manifold).

5. Inspect the other air cleaner components for clogging, contamination, or damage.

INSTALLATION Install the air cleaner assembly in the reverse order of removal.
