If there is a problem with the system, a message will appear for 2 seconds. If the problem persists, the LKAS malfunction indicator will illuminate.

LKAS Malfunction Indicator

The LKAS malfunction indicator (yellow) will illuminate if LKAS is not operating properly. Have your vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

When a problem occurs with the system, perform one of the following actions:

  • Turn the system on after the engine is turned off and then started again.
  • Make sure the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position.
  • Check whether the system is affected by weather conditions (e.g., fog, heavy rain, etc.).
  • Check whether there are any foreign objects on the camera lens.

If the problem is not resolved, have your vehicle checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
