To stop the engine in idle stop mode

1. Decrease the vehicle speed below 5 km/h.

2. Shift to the N (Neutral) position.

3. Release the clutch pedal.

The engine stops and the green AUTO STOP () indicator on the instrument cluster illuminates.

NOTE

When the seat belt is unfastened or the driver's door (or hood) is opened in automatic stop mode, the ISG system is deactivated (the indicator on the ISG OFF button illuminates).
