Headlamp Bulb

WARNING
Halogen Bulbs
- Halogen bulbs contain pressurized gas; if they break, glass fragments may fly out.
- Always handle halogen bulbs carefully and avoid scratches and other damage. If the bulbs are lit, avoid any contact with liquids. Never touch the glass with bare hands. Oil residue may cause the bulb to overheat and burst when lit. The bulb should only be lit when installed in the lamp assembly.
- If the bulb is damaged or cracked, replace it immediately and dispose of it properly.
- Wear protective goggles when replacing a bulb. Allow the bulb to cool before handling it.
Intelligent
After an accident or after reinstallation, it is recommended that the headlamp aim be adjusted by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
Changing Driving Direction
The low beam light distribution is asymmetric. If you drive to a country where traffic keeps to the opposite side, this light distribution may dazzle drivers of oncoming vehicles. To avoid glare, EU regulations recommend the use of several technical solutions (for example, an automatic switching system, adhesive film, downward adjustment). These headlamps were designed so as not to dazzle oncoming drivers. Therefore, you do not need to change the headlamps when driving in a country where traffic keeps to the opposite side.
