Unlocking the Trunk

To unlock:

1. Press and hold the trunk unlock button (3) on the remote key for more than one second.

2. The hazard warning lights will flash twice.

Information

The word "HOLD" is printed on the button to remind you that you must press and hold the button for more than one second.

NOTICE

To avoid damaging the remote key:

  • Keep the remote key away from water or any liquid and fire. If moisture (from drinks or humidity) enters the smart key, or if it is exposed to heat, the internal circuit may malfunction, and the vehicle warranty may be voided.
  • Do not drop or throw the smart key.
  • Protect the remote key from extreme temperatures.
