Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Open the fuel filler door.
  3. Remove the filler neck mounting bolt (A).
  4. Raise the vehicle.
  5. Remove the rear LH wheel, tire and inner wheel housing.
  6. Disconnect the filler hose (A) and the vent hose (B).
  7. Disconnect the quick connector of the balance hose (A).
  8. Remove the filler neck assembly by loosening the mounting bolt (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal. Filler neck assembly mounting bolt: 7.8–11.8 N·m Filler neck set screw: 7.8–11.8 N·m
