If the main fuse is blown, remove it as follows:

1. Stop the engine.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the nuts shown in the illustration above.

4. Replace the fuse with a new fuse of the same rating.

5. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Information

If the electrical system fails while the interior fuse and engine compartment fuse are intact, the main fuse may have blown. The main fuse is connected to other parts of the system. We recommend that you use an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
