Wiper Blade Inspection

NOTE

Hot industrial wax applied at automatic car washes is known to make windshield cleaning difficult.

Contamination of the windshield or wiper blades with foreign substances can reduce wiper performance. Common sources of contamination include insects, tree sap, and hot wax used in some commercial car washes.

If the blades do not wipe the glass well, clean the glass and blades with a quality detergent or neutral cleaner, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
