The driver can use only the cruise control mode (speed control function) by performing the following procedure:

1. Turn on Smart Cruise Control (the CRUISE indicator will illuminate, but the system will not be activated).

2. Increase the gap to a distance greater than 2 seconds.

3. Select "Smart Cruise Control" and "Cruise Control".

When canceling the system using the CRUISE button or the CRUISE button is used after the engine is started, the Smart Cruise Control mode will turn on.

WARNING

When using cruise control mode, the distance to other vehicles must be adjusted manually, as the system will not automatically brake to slow down for other vehicles.
