Maintenance and record keeping are the responsibility of the owner.

In general, we recommend that your vehicle be serviced by an authorized Kia Dealer. You should keep documents proving that proper maintenance has been performed on your vehicle in accordance with the maintenance schedule. You need this information to ensure that you meet the maintenance requirements and maintenance warranty conditions for your vehicle. Detailed warranty information is contained in your Warranty & Maintenance Booklet. Repairs and adjustments required as a result of improper maintenance or failure to perform required maintenance are not covered while your vehicle is under warranty.
