1. Liftgate latch


Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the liftgate lower trim.

    (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")

  2. Disconnect the rear door lock connector (A).

  3. After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the liftgate latch (A).

    Tightening torque: 6.9–10.8 N·m

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
