Repair Procedures

Front Door Module

1. 1

   Remove the front door glass.

   (Refer to Front Door - Front Door Window Glass)

   Remove the front door lock cover (A) and cover (B).

   Remove the front door lock (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

   Tightening torque: 3.4 - 5.7 N·m

   Remove the front door outside handle (A) by sliding it rearward.

   Disconnect the front door outside handle connector (A).

   Remove the front door outside handle garnish (A).

   Loosen the front door outside handle base mounting screw (A).

   Disconnect the outside rear view mirror connector (A).

   Disconnect the front door wiring harness main connector (A).

    Loosen the front door latch mounting screws (A).

    Remove the front door latch (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.

    Remove the front door latch (B) after disconnecting the connector (A).

    

    

13. 13

    Remove the front door speaker (B) after disconnecting the connector (A).

    

14. 14

    Remove the front door power window motor (B) after disconnecting the connector (A).

    

15. 15

    Disconnect the connectors and the front door module wiring harness.

16. 16

    Install in the reverse order of removal.
