Repair Procedures

Removal

  1. Remove the wheel nuts, then remove the front wheel and tire (A) from the hub.

    Tightening torque: 107.9–128 N·m

  2. Loosen the nut and separate the stabilizer link from the front shock absorber.

    Tightening torque: 98.1–118 N·m

  3. Loosen the bolts (A) and remove the stabilizer bar.

    Tightening torque: 49.0–64 N·m

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

  1. Inspect the bushing for wear and damage.

  2. Inspect the front stabilizer bar for deformation.

  3. Inspect the front stabilizer link ball joint for damage.
