TEST

Inspection of Manual Transaxle Oil Level

  1. Turn off the engine and raise the vehicle using a lift.

  2. Remove the fill plug (A).

  3. Check the fluid condition and make sure the level (A) meets the specification.

  4. Install the oil pan drain plug (A).

    Tightening torque: 58.9~78 N·m

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Turn off the engine and raise the vehicle using a lift.

  2. Remove the drain plug (A) and, after draining completely, refill the fluid.

    Tightening torque: 58.9~78 N·m

  3. Remove the fill plug (A).

  4. Fill the manual transmission with transmission oil through the filler hole.

    Recommended:

    - SAE 70W, API GL-4

    Recommended transmission oil: SK HK MTF 70W, SHELL SPIRAX S6 GHME 70W, GS CALTEX GS MTF HD 70W

    Capacity:

    1,6 - 1.7 L

  5. Install the oil pan drain plug (A).

    Tightening torque: 58.9~78 N·m
