repair procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel.

    (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")

  2. Disconnect the rear door lock connector (A).

  3. Remove the tailgate lock (B) after loosening the mounting screws (A).

    Tightening torque: 6.9–10.8 N·m

  4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
