To install the barrier net:

1. Open the cover (if equipped) for the holder position (1) or (2) where you want to install the net.

2. Compress the upper rod of one side net in the length direction, then insert the net upper rod into the large hole (3) and secure it by inserting it into the small hole (4).

3. Hook the net strap hooks onto the corresponding hook holders on the floor behind the front seat or rear seat.

This symbol indicates the position of the hook holders on the floor behind the seat.

4. Secure the straps using the adjuster (1).

WARNING

• Make sure there is no slack in the cargo net by securely tightening the strap when installing the net. The strap should be fastened after confirming that the hook is inserted securely into the upper hook holder.
• Make sure the seatbacks are securely locked.

WARNING

• Do not seat passengers in the rear seat or cargo area behind the cargo net.
• Do not seat a passenger in the rear center seat when the cargo net is installed behind the rear seats. The cargo net may interfere with the use of the rear center seat belt.
• Do not load cargo in this area above the upper limit of the barrier net.
• Do not load heavy cargo in the area above the seatback to avoid injury in an accident, even if the cargo net is installed.
• Do not load cargo that has sharp edges that could penetrate the cargo net.
• Do not apply excessive force to the cargo net, such as by hanging onto the net or hanging heavy cargo from it, etc.
