Description and Operation

Description

The auto defogger sensor is installed on the windshield. The sensor detects moisture and sends a signal when it appears, so that air is blown to prevent fogging. The A/C control module receives the signal from the sensor and controls humidity and eliminates fogging by controlling the intake actuator, A/C, auto defog actuator, blower motor speed, and mode actuator.
