Repair Procedures

Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the front door trim panel.

    (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim Panel")

  3. Apply battery voltage to each terminal as shown in the table and check that the mirror operates normally.

Removal

  1. Insert a flat-blade screwdriver or a pry tool as shown in the illustration below, and remove the mirror (A) by applying a short force.

  2. Disconnect the mirror heater connector (A) and the rear corner radar indicator connector (B).

  3. Remove the mirror actuator (A) after loosening the mounting screw.

  4. Disconnect the mirror actuator connector (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
