Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the trunk lid trim.

    (Refer to Trunk Lid - "Trunk Lid Trim")

  2. Loosen the trunk lid garnish mounting nuts.

    Tightening torque:

    5.9–6.4 N·m (0.6–0.65 kgf·m, 4.3–4.7 lb-ft, 52.1–56.4 lb-in)

  3. Using a screwdriver or a trim remover, remove the trunk lid garnish (A).

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
