Operating Condition

  • This system is activated by pressing the switch with the ignition ON. If the vehicle is moving faster than 5 km/h, the system may activate incorrectly.
  • The detection distance of the rear parking assist system is approximately 120 cm (47 in.).
  • When more than two objects are detected at the same time, the nearest one will be recognized first.

NOTICE

The indicator may differ from the illustration depending on the condition of objects or sensors.

If the indicator flashes, have the system checked by a professional workshop. Kia recommends visiting an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.
