Repair Procedures

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  3. Remove the lower steering column cover panel. (Refer to Body - "Steering Column Cover Panel")
  4. Remove the Start/Stop button (A) by pushing it out from the inside with your hands.
  5. Disconnect the connector of the start/stop button (A).

Installation

  1. Connect the start/stop button connector.
  2. Install the Start/Stop button.
  3. Install the lower steering column shroud.
  4. Install the emergency pad lower panel.
  5. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
