Interior Door Lock Operation

With Door Lock Button

• To unlock the door, pull the door lock knob (1) to the "Unlock" position. The red mark on the knob will be visible.
• To lock the door, press the door lock knob (1) to the "Lock" position. If the door is locked correctly, the red mark on the door lock knob will not be visible.
• To open the door, pull the door handle (2) outward.
• If the inside handle of the front door is pulled when the door lock knob is in the locked position, the knob will unlock and the door will open.
• The front doors cannot be locked when the ignition key is in the ignition switch (or when the smart key is in the vehicle) and any front door is open.

If the power door lock stops working while you are inside the vehicle, try one or more of the following methods to exit:

• Repeatedly operate the door unlock function (both electronically and manually) while pulling the door handle.
• Lock or unlock the other door locks and handles, front and rear.
• Lower the front window and use the key to unlock the door from the outside.
