The driver can disable the power window switches on the rear passenger doors by pressing the power window lock switch to the locked position (pressed in).

When the power window lock switch is pressed:

  • The driver's master switch panel can operate all power windows.
  • The front passenger switch panel can operate the front passenger's power window.
  • The rear passenger switch panel cannot operate the rear passenger's power window.

WARNING - Opening/Closing Windows

To avoid possible damage to the power window system, do not open or close two or more windows at the same time. This will also ensure the fuse life.

WARNING - Power Windows

  • Do not allow children to play with the power windows. Keep the power window lock switch (on the driver's door) in the LOCK position (pressed in).
  • Do not stick your face or hands out of the window opening while driving.

Always check twice that all hands, fingers, head and other obstructions are clear before closing the window.
