1. Sunroof Assembly

Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the headliner.

    (Refer to Headliner - "Headliner Assembly")

  2. Remove the sunroof glass.

    (Refer to Sunroof - "Glass Sunroof")

  3. Loosen the retaining screws, then remove the sunroof motor (A).

  4. Remove the drain hose (A).

  5. Remove the front assist grip bracket (A) after loosening the bolts.

  6. Remove the sunroof assembly (A) after loosening the nuts and bolts.

    Tightening torque:

    Bolt: 7.8–11.8 N·m

    Nut: 3.9–5.9 N·m

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
