This procedure must be carried out each time a part is replaced.

System configurations

Navigation "haut de gamme" : Initialisation
WARNING

If the vehicle is fitted with a radio, it must be switched on during initialisation. Otherwise, the steering wheel controls will not work and the screen will not display the radio data.

  • Switch off the ignition.
  • Wait for the system to shut down completely.
  • Switch on the radio.
  • Turn the ignition on (wait approximately 20 seconds).
  • Press the "M" and "C" buttons simultaneously.
  • Read the vehicle reference.
  • Test the steering wheel control (the screen displays the GPS antenna connection: connected - not connected). Ignore the radio and telephone antenna tests.
  • Exit initialisation using the rotary knob.
  • Turn the ignition off (1 minute).
Note: If the configuration does not match the vehicle, check the vehicle wiring (multiplexed lines) and the part references.
