Removing and refitting this part is an operation associated with replacing a complete body shell.

Note: If the spot welds cannot be made with the spot welder, they may be replaced with plug welds.

REMOVAL

Platine de tablier

Remove the fixing screws (A).

Cut the adhesive bead with the pneumatic tool (see technical note 414A).

Note: Wire cutting is difficult due to the specific shape of the surrounding parts and the dash panel plate fixing screws.

INSTALLATION

Refit the fixing screws (A).

For refitting, the bonding method is the same as for replacing a bonded windscreen (see technical note 371A).
