This part may be replaced in two ways:

  • complete: base operation for a frontal impact,
  • partial: along cut (a), base operation linked to the partial fender side panel replacement for a frontal impact.
WARNING

The cut position given in the procedure must not be offset; it is determined by the position of the liners and reinforcements.

In the method described below, you will only find the descriptions and joins specific to the part concerned.

Note: If the spot welds cannot be made with the spot welder, they may be replaced with plug welds.
