Interior Light Auto Cut Circuit

When battery saving control operates while the interior lights are on, the main body ECU (driver side junction block assembly) opens the DOME CUT relay to turn off the lights.

NOTICE:

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

1. INSPECT DOME CUT RELAY

(a) Remove the DOME CUT relay.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω 3 - 5 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 10 kΩ or higher Text in Illustration *1 Component without harness connected (DOME CUT Relay)
