PROCEDURE

The removal, inspection and installation procedure for the crankshaft is the same as for 1.1 and 1.3 L engines. Specifications that differ are listed below. Crankshaft end play 0.07–0.17 mm. Maximum permissible end play 0.37 mm. Nominal main journal diameter 53.958–53.978 mm. Maximum permissible runout at the center main journal 0.06 mm. Maximum permissible clearance between main bearing shells and crankshaft journals 0.17 mm. Maximum permissible clearance between connecting rod bearing shells and crankshaft journals 0.12 mm. Connecting rod bolt torque: – M9x1x15 bolt – 50 N·m; – M8x1x25 bolt – 30 N·m.
