To loosen the wheel bolts, the protective caps must first be removed.

Removal

  • Slide the plastic clip (onboard tool kit) onto the protective cap until the inner notches of the clip rest against the edge of the cap.
  • Remove the cap with the plastic clip (onboard tool kit).

Fitting

  • Slide the caps onto the bolts.

The protective caps serve to protect the wheel bolts.
