Additional remote functions (plug-in hybrid)

The following functions are available in the MyCitroën App, accessible from a smartphone:

- Management of traction battery charging (delayed charging).

- Management of thermal pre-conditioning.

- Display of the vehicle's charge status and range.

Installation procedure

► Download the MyCitroën App from the app store for your smartphone.

► Create an account.

► Enter the vehicle identification number (shown on the registration certificate).

Network coverage

To use all remote functions, make sure the vehicle is in an area covered by the mobile network.

A lack of network coverage may prevent communication with the vehicle (for example, in an underground car park).

A message will then appear in the app indicating that the connection with the vehicle could not be established.
