PROCEDURE

1. Очистите от остатков прокладки и инородного материала поверхность уплотнения

1. Clean the water pump sealing surface of gasket residue and foreign material.
2. Install a new gasket on the water pump, install the pump and secure it with the bolts.
Tightening torque: 12–15 N·m
3. Install the timing belt tensioner roller and adjust the timing belt tension.
4. Install the timing belt covers.
5. Install the water pump pulley and the drive belt, then adjust the belt tension.
6. Fill the cooling system with the specified amount of the specified coolant.

7. Connect the negative battery cable. Start the engine and check the cooling system for leaks.
