1 – bracket;
2 – bolt, 9–14 N·m;
3 – lever knob;
4 – shift lever;
5 – boot;
6 – bolt, 9–14 N·m.

Inspection

PROCEDURE

1. Inspect the bushing for wear and damage.
2. Inspect the return spring for damage and loss of tension.

Installation

PROCEDURE

1. Apply grease to the sliding surfaces of the bushings.
2. Install the shift lever in the reverse order of removal.
